Sales and Administrative Assistant – Current (Oct 2026)

We are currently hiring part-time/full-time in-house Sales and Administrative Assistant. The position requires a valid drivers license and use of a vehicle.
This position will provide support to our Sales Management team, liaising with clients by phone, email and in person, assisting with site measuring, drawing cabinet plans for new kitchens, and providing site assistance where necessary.
Starting with approximately 30 hours a week and moving to full time. There is no end to the potential for growth with this position.
We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn and is interested in long-term growth in the field of interior design.
The following skills would be an asset:
  • Experience with design programs such as Design Flex (formerly 2020) by Cyncly
  • Experience estimating projects
  • Ability to read building plans and accurately read measuring tapes
A successful candidate must have :
  • Permission to legally work in Canada (permanent resident or citizen)
  • a drivers license and vehicle
  • a cell phone
Pay range will be $21-$24 depending on experience

Driver/Workshop Production Assistant – Current (Oct 2026)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting custom millwork and cabinetry to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting, making them an essential part of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including assisting skilled trades people in producing high-end custom products.

Skills

  • Experience with heavy lifting and moving of large items is essential.
  • Some Construction site experience preferred.
  • Able to read a measuring tape and take accurate measurements.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is preferred.
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
